Supply and Demand -- Intralot has signed an eight-year, $15 million agreement to supply Malaysian operator Magnum Corporation Berhad with an integrated lottery system.

Monitoring -- Internet intelligence company Envisional has signed a long-term deal with PartyGaming to provide affiliate monitoring services for the London-listed operator.

Grassroots Execs -- The CEO Poker Tour has announced an agreement with the U.S.-based Poker Players Alliance (PPA), which allows the PPA to advertise to, and interact with, CEO event attendees.

De-Listing? -- Asia-facing e-biz solutions provider PacificNet (PacNet) has warned that its shares may be de-listed from the NASDAQ, after it failed to file its 2006 annual report on time. The company said its report, due April 17, is being filed late because its audit committee is currently conducting an internal investigation into its stock option granting practices.

Partnering -- Victor Chandler has partnered with software provider Income Access to re-launch its affiliate program.

Migrating -- Scandinavia-facing poker site Heypoker.com has completed its migration to the Ongame Network.

Regrets Only -- Velonews.com reports that Unibet's cycling team was absent from the Flèche Wallonne, after a Belgian court on April 20 dismissed a case brought by the International Cycling Union (UCI) against Tour de France organizer Amaury Sport Organization (ASO). Since becoming UCI Pro Tour's sponsorship pariah, the team, which now goes by Green Cycle Associates, has not received an invitation to the Tour of Italy and is still seeking an invite to July's Tour de France.

M&A Speculation -- Bloomberg reports that shares in Ladbrokes jumped 7.5p (1.8 percent) to 417.75 on speculation the company may receive a takeover offer. The news service quotes E*Trade Securities sales trader Andrew French as saying, "I would like to see a proper move above 420 pence to believe today's move is anything other than more speculation." Ladbrokes has not commented on the takeover speculation.

New Policy -- The Malta Independent reports that Family and Social Solidarity Minister Dolores Cristina has said the country may look into developing "a policy on gambling." At a problem gambling-service training seminar Tuesday, Cristina told the Independent that the policy, if drafted, may assist Seqda--the national agency for health promotion--in widening the scope of its Gambling Addiction Service to address the proliferation of I-gaming in the country.

Little Green Men -- William Hill was quick to jump on news regarding the discovery of a "second Earth," Gliese 581c, 20 light-years away. The Guardian reports that the bookmaker has "slashed the odds of little green men appearing from 1,000/1 to 100/1." Scientists believe the planet could be just the right distance the red dwarf it orbits to contain liquid water and, potentially, life. “On the treasure map of the Universe, one would be tempted to mark this planet with an X,” the Times quotes Xavier Delfosse, of Grenoble University in France, who is a member of the discovery team, as saying.

Stock Watch -- On the LSE today, 888 is up 3p to 121.50, CryptoLogic is up 12.50p to 1,363 and Playtech is up 4.50p to 373.50.
