In compliance with UIGEA, Red Felt will no longer take a percentage of net wagers from its U.S.-facing licensees, though it will take a fixed monthly fee covering other services provided by the company.

"The recent ruling by the U.S. has had zero impact on our business, since all our business is catered toward the European continent," said David Cheng, the company's chief executive.
