Betting Trio Receives the Boot -- The BBC reports that three men -- two Germans and a Russian -- were expelled from the Diamond Games in Antwerp for illegally betting on tennis matches. Officials told the news service that the three were using wireless laptops to access gambling Web sites, betting on points before they had registered on the Net. The men were given a choice to give up their laptops or leave -- they left. The expulsions are reportedly the first to result from a stricter anti-corruption policy agreed to in January by the International Tennis Federation, the Association of Tennis Professionals and the World Tennis Association. The trio was photographed and instructed not to return before the tournament concludes on Sunday.

To High Court -- The Telegraph reported that Betex Chairman Johnny Hon is facing legal action from his former legal team over unpaid fees approaching £200,000. U.K.-based Russell Jones and Walker has reportedly decided to sue Hon in the High Court of Justice, as they claim Hon has only paid £41,042 from a total bill of £196,141 -- the remaining £155,099 plus interest, the firm claims, remains outstanding. Hon told the paper that his current firm has advised him to dispute the payment to ensure the amount charged was correct; but Russell Jones and Walker said that it is "yet to recover the monies owed by Mr. Hon for the legal services we provided to him."
