Not Guilty -- Bloomberg.com on Thursday reported that indicted online sports betting firm BetonSports (BoS) had a "not guilty" plea entered for it by U.S. Magistrate Judge Mary Ann Medler. Judge Medler in St. Louis federal court entered the plea for BoS on Wednesday, the news source said. Her ruling subjects the company to the court's Feb. 2 deadline for filing any pre-trial motions.

Net Gain -- Online gaming software developer Net Entertainment today announced agreements with Malta-based sports betting site Tipico.com and Scandinavia-focused betting site Eurolinx.com for delivery of its CasinoModule gaming platform. Both casinos will be launched this spring, Net Entertainment said in a prepared statement.
