NEW WAY Neteller, the Internet commerce group, announced that its proposed change of trading moniker was passed at a meeting for shareholders earlier today.
Once the registry on the Isle of Man issues a name-change certificate, the company will begin trading as Neovia Financial.
“The Group will be better placed to take advantage of the many opportunities in the rapidly growing online payments market,” Ronald D. Martin, the company’s chief executive, said in a statement to the London Stock Exchange.
INVESTIGATING According to the Herald Sun, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has launched an investigation into Tabcorp, one of Australia’s largest gaming companies, and its involvement with Clubs Victoria, a gaming venue group.

The company’s six-week sponsorship, announced on Saturday, begins Nov. 10 at the launch of the new game show.
