Chilean Launch -- Chile-based poker site Mamamiagaming.com has joined the Microgaming network. Initially, the site will target Chile and Argentina, the company said, with plans for European expansion. "We are delighted to be welcoming Mamamia Poker to the Microgaming Poker Network -- our first South American operator," said Microgaming Chief Executive Roger Raatgever. "We’ve spent a great deal of time and resource building a support network on the ground in South America and we see this addition as just the start."

A Long Way -- As part of a $15 million round of funding, online security solutions provider Iovation has received a $10 million investment from Intel Capital, the investment arm of the Santa Clara, Calif.-based technology giant. "The importance of security and fraud protection on the Internet cannot be overvalued," said Arvind Sodhani, president of Intel Capital. "This market segment must stay one step ahead of businesses needs and our investment should go a long way toward helping Iovation provide meaningful security benefits."

Announcements from GTS -- Gaming Technology Solutions (GTS) has added Victor Chandler to its list of licensees. The group also announced that Electratrade has agreed to supply its games to be integrated into the GTS EdGE platform. "GTS is able to offer Electratrade and the GTS clients and advanced technology platform which allows for rapid deployment to market in multiple languages," said Electratrade Director Mark Paling. In addition, GTS partner VS Gaming has gone live with Cash Trail and Mini Trotting as part of its MiniGames suite, while GTS has launched the roulette-style Sportswheel on Unibet and Turbo Risk It on bwin.

Mistaken Identity -- Product information software provider FullTilt Solutions (FTS) -- "not an online poker site" -- has retained MHKogan Corp. to sell its "now-famous domain name." FTS said the FullTilt.com domain receives an estimated 60,000 unique visitors per month, most of whom the company believes are poker players seeking FullTiltPoker.com. "At first we thought that the extra traffic was fun, but now traffic has grown to a point of distraction and is utilizing resources that should be reserved for our customers and prospects," said FTS Chief Executive Timonty Wallace. The domain is set to be sold at auction in November. All interested parties have been instructed to register with, and be pre-qualified by, MHKogan by Nov. 15. The company expects the sale price to be in the "seven-figure range."

Coming Soon -- The Guardian reports Betfair is set to launch its Starting Price betting service in the middle of next month, having received the "approval of a number of the exchange's biggest-staking clients at a series of demonstrations over the last seven days." "This has the potential to be the most significant step forward for Betfair since the exchange was launched," said Stephen Burn, Betfair's director of horse racing. "Racing is scratching the surface. In time, we hope that we will be able to add it across football, tennis and so on. We could even return an SP on the next general election."

MyLaunch -- German operator Tipp24 AG went live with its mylotto.co.uk offering this morning. “The United Kingdom is a natural place for Tipp24 AG to extend its global reach," said Carsten Frien, managing director of MyLotto24. "By giving British punters the chance to win jackpots far surpassing the current national lottery, we expect www.mylotto24.co.uk to be extremely popular."
