New Stuff -- Gaming Broadcast is coming out with a new edition of its television show, "World's Best Cyber Casinos." The group says the show is a one-hour program that informs people about online gaming. Gaming Broadcast is available at www.gamingbroadcast.com.

Makin' Deals -- Interactive Gaming and Wagering has formalized an agreement with Teltrade International NV to launch an Internet casino at www.CasinoClubVegas.com. Interactive Gaming and Wagering is a subsidiary of Global Entertainment Holdings/Equities Inc.

UK Bit -- Zetters' sale of its football pools betting business to Littlewoods is under investigation after one of the rival bidders complained to the Office of Fair Trading. The sale could result in Littlewoods being dominant in the football pools market, the rival complained. Littlewoods bought the business from Zetters last month for £1.35 million. Zetters now plans to rename itself IFX and devote itself to financial spread betting.

Tidbit from Greece -- Greece's soccer clubs might be closed on Sept. 29 to protest the government's decision not to allow Opap SA to take bets on their games. Opap is a state-controlled lottery and betting group. Thanasis Kanellopoulos, president of the Greek Football Union, said the union is hoping a court will reverse the decision.

Bit from Asia -- Ronald Arculli, the new president of the Hong Kong Jockey Club, recently told reporters that he does not want to create a controversial situation with the Macau Jockey Club regarding the two clubs' meeting to discuss Macau taking bets on Hong Kong races. "We've been in contact and we agreed to sit down and have open-minded discussions with the Macau Jockey Club about whether or not it is at all possible for us to work together," he said. "It's very early... and it's a very complicated issue."

Names and Faces -- Donna B. Moore has been elected as the leader of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys. The group reports that this is the first time a lawyer not from Nevada or New Jersey was elected to the position. Moore is from Chicago.
