MO' DICE Jadestone Group A.B., an online games developer in Sweden, will launch a dice-games network called "DiceArena" this fall.

The first games on offer will be Dice Hold'em and Shoot the Moons, with backgammon and Liar's Dice to follow.

The business model is structured around in-game rake and tournament fees -- more specific financial information was not provided.

"The whole experience is designed to be about fun and excitement rather than hard competition," Linus Dalin, the company's product director, said in a prepared statement. "We're really trying to do something new with this product."

RIO 'EM IN Intralot S.A., the Greece lottery technology and services supplier, has done a deal to operate the online arm of Loterj, the state lottery of Rio de Janeiro

Specific terms and financial details of the contract were not disclosed, though the Loterj deal is Intralot's first formal partnership in Brazil and will be carried out via its subsidiary, Intralot do Brasil.

The first product, a fast-draw, keno-type game, will be available before yearend 2008 across 1,000 networked points of sale.

"The Brazlian market has been very appealing for INTRALOT, being one of the most important and fast developing markets, both on the regional, as well as on global basis," Konstantinos G. Antonopoulos, the company's chief executive, said in a prepared statement.

CLUB WHERE? Inspired Gaming Group, the server-based gaming specialist, has done a revenue-share partnership deal with Silver Heritage Ltd., which leases machines and server-based gaming terminals to licensed Asia-Pacific gambling premises.

Under the terms of the deal, the two will invest in the total development of the Club 19 resort in Southeast Asia and share, therefore, all revenues generated by the venue -- not just machine and terminal income.

In a joint release with Silver Heritage, Inspired said that this investment -- financial details of which were not provided -- represents its first in complete resort development.

Inspired and Silver Heritage currently supply terminals to Club 19's sister venue, which, the release said, generates "some of the highest incomes in Asia." The name of the sister venue was not given, nor were more specific details about the exact whereabouts of Club 19.
