Following a competitive tender process, the United Kingdom’s National Lottery Commission announced today it has hired Herbert Smith as its new legal team.
“The Commission's requirements for legal support are broad,” said Nusrat Zar, a partner at Herbert Smith, in a prepared statement. “Depending on the issues which arise over the next five years, we are looking forward to advising the Commission on general public law, licensing issues, litigation, employment law, and a wide range of other matters.“
