Netpaly TV Plc has announced plans to acquire pan-European online bingo operator Bingos.com for an aggregate £6.25 million from owners Global Gaming Entertainment NV and Euro Gaming Ltd.
Bingos says it has more than a million registered players and that players spend more than £10 million each month. NetPlayTV Chairman and Cheif Executive Martin Higginson says the potential synergies between the merging companies are huge.
