WASHINGTON, D.C AND NEW JERSEY -- New Jersey's foray into online gambling could be jeopardized by brewing federal legislation, New Jersey.com reported.
The bill, whose main advocate is Sheldon Adelson, would see the reversal of a Justice Department directive which established states could commence online gambling, the report explained.
Three states established online gambling as a result: Delaware, New Jersey and Nevada, all who would be impacted should this legislation prevail, New Jersey.com reported.
