Neteller, the Internet commerce group, announced that its proposed change of trading moniker was passed at a meeting for shareholders earlier today.
Once the registry on the Isle of Man issues a name-change certificate, the company will begin trading as Neovia Financial.
“The Group will be better placed to take advantage of the many opportunities in the rapidly growing online payments market,” Ronald D. Martin, the company’s chief executive, said in a statement to the London Stock Exchange.
