In its second announcement in as many days, PartyGaming said this morning that it has launched a comprehensive fixed odds horse racing service on its PartyBets platform via a strategic alliance with spread betting specialist Sporting Index.
The service will offer coverage of race meetings in the United Kingdom, Ireland and abroad, with odds compilation and trading advisory services to be provided by Spin Services, a wholesale division of Sporting Index.
Sporting Index Chief Executive Richard Glynn said the company was “delighted” with the tie-up.
A Party spokesman called Sporting Index traders “amongst the very best in the industry.”
On Wednesday PartyGaming entered into an exclusive arrangement with German media group RTL Interactive to provide a German-language online poker school and informational Web site.
On the LSE, shares in Party were down 0.25p, or 0.86 percent, to 28.75 in mid-afternoon trading.
