Players Network Announces Station Casinos Contract

17 October 1998

LAS VEGAS -- Players Network (OTC BB: PNTV) has signed a long term contract to provide their digital 24 hour gaming and entertainment network at Sunset Station Hotel and Casino in Henderson, Nevada.

Sunset Station is the newest property from Station Casinos (NYSE: STN), the company who dominates the so-called "locals" market of Las Vegas. With the signing of this contract, Players Network and Station Casinos have also begun discussions on having the other three Station Casino properties in the Las Vegas area become affiliates of Players Network in a corporate structured deal. If consummated, Players Network would link up the four Station Casino properties on their own type of network, providing cross marketing, promotion and Players Network's regular educational and entertaining programming. With the signing of the Sunset Station contract, Players Network now has six affiliate hotel/casinos in the Nevada gaming market.

Commenting on the contract, Players Network President Mark Bradley stated, "It is with great pleasure that we announce our first contract with a casino/hotel in the locals market of Las Vegas. The relationship with Sunset Station began in February of 1998 when we ran a test trial at the property. We never give up on securing a contract and this confirms that while it may take some time to negotiate contracts after the test trial concludes, the positive reaction to our service usually prevails. We look forward to our negotiations with Station Casinos to generate our first corporate contract with a hotel/casino chain."
