PlayStar Limited, a subsidiary of PlayStar Corporation (OTC BB: PSCK) debuted its Internet Casino Gaming System on September 14.
The new site is called "Antigua Casino & Sportsbook" and is located at http://www.antigua.org. It's a full-function online casino featuring blackjack, draw poker, roulette, slot machines and baccarat. The complete software system contains all the features and functions of a real casino, including games, a complete electronic commerce 'ecash' solution, and comprehensive customer support functions.
PlayStar additionally announced that it has completed its reorganization, finalized its move from the United States and registered as PlayStar Wyoming Holding Corp. of Antigua. It's also expected to change its symbol to "PSCKF."
Formerly based in Delaware, PlayStar provides business development consulting services to companies developing Internet-based products. PlayStar Limited of Jersey, Channel Islands has developed Internet Casino software and is marketing it to gaming operators worldwide. Antigua Casino & Sportsbook Limited is a fully-owned subsidiary of PlayStar Limited.
