Playtech's iPoker network sees major jackpots

14 December 2010
(PRESS RELEASE) -- Playtech's iPoker network, the largest B2B network in the world, has given away over $100,000 to its latest three jackpot winners, in less than a month.
The Rio Jackpot Sit 'n Go Tournament has already given away over $6.5 million since its launch six years ago, and in the last month has seen two more lucky winners scoop $45,000 and $25,000 each.
Describing his $45,000 win on Titan Poker, the player said he first went into shock, before realising that 'it was time to party!' He is going to continue playing the Rio Jackpot, along with Fort Knox, another popular jackpot on the network.
A second lucky player on William Hill Poker landed the jackpot in only five hours; with the jackpot now re-set at its initial prize fund of $25,000, it is only a matter of time until another player wins big.
Elsewhere on the network, another player won $46,500 on the Maui Jackpot, in only 72 minutes of play. This is the fourth win this year, on a jackpot that has given away over $1.7 million in three years. The Maui Jackpot has an initial prize pot of $15,000 that continues to grow until the tournament is won.
