Pleasure Beach Goes Green

Blackpool's Pleasure Beach amusement park has installed six, 66-inch diameter wind turbines, which are expected to generate around 10,000 kilowatts of power per year. Managing director Amanda Thompson said that the installation was "just one of a number of projects aimed at making the park greener".
