Poker.com Signs Bingo Deal with dot com Entertainment

dot com Entertainment Group has announced the signing of a licensing deal with Poker.com subsidiary Casino Marketing S.A. of Costa Rica to develop and implement a turn-key Internet bingo system as well as a comprehensive support and maintenance pack for Poker.com licensees. Under the arrangement, Poker.com will add dot com's bingo software to its current Internet casino software technology, which it sublicenses to third party operators.

The deal further diversifies Poker.com's global presence as a licensor of Internet gaming software. Likewise, it reinforces dot com's position as a leading online bingo software distributor. "We are quickly establishing ourselves as the leading supplier of bingo and related e-gaming technology and enhanced support, marketing and operational systems," dot com President Scott White said. "In addition to finalizing this agreement with Casino, we are working on the consummation of other technology license deals within Europe, as we view this market as a huge growth opportunity for our company."

Under terms of the licensing agreement, dot com will deliver the first suite of Poker.com games on or before June 15, 2000. dot com will receive an up-front license fee and royalty payments extending through the life of the license arrangement and as long as the software is used by Poker.com sub-licensees. dot com will also benefit from Poker.com's sub-licensing arrangement through enhanced revenue streams and royalty income, in addition to new software license arrangements which will be negotiated through the assistance of Poker.com as a distributor of dot com's software.

Poker.com, also the provider of a diverse online gaming portal, has software distribution deals with Gamingtech and ASF Software as well.
