Casino Marketing S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Poker.com, has entered into a master software sub-licensing agreement with Gamingtech Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Chartwell Technology Inc.
Through this agreement, Casino Marketing S.A. has rights to sell casino licenses globally, generating revenue from licensing fees without the cost of developing or upgrading the software.
The Java-based gaming software will allow access to online casinos without downloads and will be available in English or Chinese. According to the company, the Chinese version is the first of its kind in the world, from depositing funds to playing the games, to requesting cash outs.
Gamingtech's software system offers eighteen casino games, including blackjack, roulette, craps, pai gow poker, Caribbean poker, baccarat, four video poker games and eight slot machines. Additionally, multi-player games including bingo with chat, baccarat, pai gow poker, blackjack and craps are being developed.
The software also includes Cyberboss, a state-of-the-art backend administrative utility with remote access and IP tracking and Cyberbanx, a complete banking interface and e-commerce system. The licensees' customers are able to place wagers via a secure, online, financial transaction system, which is customized for licensees wherever they are located.
Poker.com is a licensing and marketing company that licenses turnkey Internet gaming systems, with exclusive rights to market the poker.com domain name.
