PokerTek, Inc., a company that supplies automated poker tables, has installed four of its PokerPro tables at Loto-Quebec's Ludoplex at Trois-Riveres. The company has now installed a total of 55 automated PokerPro tables in Quebec through its partnership with gaming operator Loto-Quebec.
“The Ludoplex installation at Quebec City last week was a great success and we
expect the same at Trois-Rivieres," said Chris Halligan, chief executive of PokerTek. "Ludoplexes are innovative, cool and fun venues that are a great fit for automated poker."
PokerTek says its automated tables and related software applications have been designed to increase casino revenue, reduce expenses and attract new players into poker rooms.
