Poland's Finance Ministry has proposed legislation that would levy a new tax on all gambling games in the country and allocate the proceeds toward construction of a sports stadium to accommodate the Euro football tournament in 2012.
If the legislation were to pass, the ten percent tax would take effect beginning next year and remain in effect until 2015.
