Proactive Gaming Scandinavia A.B. has finalized a deal with Designed Quality Entertainment A.B. to acquire its platform for Internet-based poker and blackjack.
In an announcement on Aug. 5, Designed Quality said the agreement entails “all related activities, personnel and contracts.”
During a transition period, Proactive Gaming will lease the platform, and then eventually obtain all rights to it.
