Upon the merger between Ranes International Holdings Inc. and WorldNet Casinos becoming official this week, Ranes stockholders have voted to change the company's name to WorldNet Casinos.Com Inc.
WorldNet Casinos' audits are in process, and management anticipates that the majority of its $6 million investment in proprietary software and hardware will be captured in the audit, and be available for its application to qualify for a small-cap NASDAQ listing.
A new trading symbol will be issued to the renamed company.
