Gaming operator Rank Group is in exclusive talks with financial firm Goldman Sachs to sell its £700 million pension scheme according to a report in the UK's Daily Telegraph newspaper. If finalised, the deal would mark the biggest UK sale of a publicly-quoted company's pension scheme.
Neither Rank nor Goldman Sachs were available for comment.
