Lotto Rwanda will open the doors to the country’s first casino, Casino Kigali, next week, according to The New Times, a Rwandan newspaper.
“These new gaming experiences make Lotto Rwanda part of those re-distributing national wealth, which is a tool in stabilizing the economy,” Philip Brizoua, the director general of Lotto Rwanda, told the paper.
