Casino Kigali, Rwanda’s first casino, has failed to open because of “unforeseen delays,” reports The New Times, a daily paper in Rwanda.
Located at Kacyiru’s Top Tower Hotel in the Rwandan city of Kigali, the casino was due to open on Oct. 21.
