On Thursday, Chris Philibbosian stepped down as director of Shuffle Master Inc.
The gaming supplier said Mr. Philibbosian wants to devote more time to growing the company he created in 2008, SAAK Management.
“Although I know it is a prudent decision to place the demands of my business first, I am sorry to be stepping down from the Shuffle Master Board of directors,” Mr. Philibbosian said in a prepared statement. “This is an exceptional company with a talented executive team, and I would have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to contribute to the promising next chapters of the Shuffle Master story.”
