After his contract ended on Oct. 31, Shuffle Master Inc.’s president, chief operating officer and secretary, Paul C. Meyer, has left to pursue other opportunities, the company said on Friday.
In a prepared statement, the gaming supply company said Mr. Meyer will be available to it as a part-time employee for a period of time, but he will no longer serve as an officer of Shuffle Master.
“In the five years since Paul joined Shuffle Master, he has been instrumental in a variety of key initiatives that have positioned our company for future growth and success,” said Mark L. Yoseloff, Shuffle Master chairman and chief executive, in the statement.
