Sky Poker Channel 846 has introduced two innovative new programs that showcase some of the gameplay taking place online at SkyPoker.com.
The first show, "Stacked up," brings teams of three players together and then sends them to SkyPoker.com's cash game tables to see which team can raise its initial stake the highest. Tony Kendall and Norman Pace present the show.
The other show, "Sky Poker Unlimitted," explores other exciting action on SkyPoker.com, with particular emphasis on major events and tournaments. The programming is accompanied by analysis and commentary from Sky Poker's team of presenters.
Perhaps the beginning of a new trend is underway. Two weeks ago 3D online poker room PKR.com announced that it would begin nightly television broadcasts of some its online tournaments in 12 European countries as well as on the PKR TV channel on YouTube.com.
