Softnet Industries Inc. has entered into an agreement with DCI, an Alberta based software developer, to acquire the exclusive worldwide marketing and licensing rights for new Internet gaming software.
The software includes several regular casino games, such as blackjack and slots, as well as over 10 versions of video poker. The rights for the casino software also include a high tech encrypted E-Cash program which will be targeted to not only the Internet gaming industry, but small and intermediate sized Internet general retailers without proprietary own secure credit card programs.
Softnet, an OTC NASDAQ public company, trades under the symbol SFNT.
