Internet gaming software developer Softnet Industries Inc. has signed a deal to license its gaming software and e-cash program to Video Poker Pallace.Com Casino.
The online casino, located in the Commonwealth of Dominica, will incorporate SoftNet's casino games-including eight versions of blackjack, 20 versions of slots and more than 10 versions of video poker-into its operation by May 10, 1999. SoftNet will receive 40 percent of Video Poker Pallace.Com's net gambling revenues. Video Poker.Com expects to do $8 million in revenues this year as projected.
SoftNet, a publicly traded company, is an innovative developer of software geared toward the Internet gaming industry.
