SNMM) is teaming up with Hialeah Park Race Course to provide simulcast
coverage and pari-mutuel wagering on horseracing events via the
Internet.
Horseracing coverage from Hialeah will be broadcast on Starnet's
Internet gaming site, World Gaming, as well
as Hialeah's website. World Gaming patrons
will have full access to the system's features, including
up-to-the-minute track, program and handicapping information, and live
audio/video racing coverage. Users outside of North America can place
up-to-the-post wagers on the outcome of the races.

Starnet's Internet horseracing schedule will include coverage from a
variety of international thoroughbred and standardbred events, including
on-location racing from Hialeah Park.
World Gaming Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Starnet, is
