Starnet Communications International Inc. has strengthened its presence in the interactive horse betting arena by signing an online product resale agreement with Daily Racing Form Inc. (DRF) in which its World Racetracks website will carry DRF content

World Racetracks is a division of World Gaming Services Inc., a Starnet subsidiary. Marketed in eight languages to online gamblers residing in Europe and Asia, World Gaming also offers 22 casino games, lotteries and a sportsbook with a live odds fed from Las Vegas and Europe. It recently launched a "Play For Fun" version of the World Racetracks Web Site, (www.worldracetracks.com) using its market-leading Internet technology. The new site allows anyone from outside the United States and Canada to place wagers on live horse and greyhound racing via its secure online wagering system.
The World Racetracks system offers win, place and show wagering, and features real-time track odds, handicapping information, a real-time chat room and live audio/video racing coverage. The service will be adding bet types and track selection every few weeks. It currently has simulcast agreements with fifteen North American tracks and intends to ally with additional international organizations in order to provide a 24-hour program of thoroughbred, standardbred, greyhound, and jai-alai wagering menus.
