TVG Network now is looking for a mid or late July rollout, and the debut of a Canadian arm of The Racing Network at Woodbine has been held up by technical difficulties. Andrew Gaughan, vice president of business development for the Ontario Jockey Club, said encryption technology from TRN central in Philadelphia is still being tested, and that he is hopeful the OJC can begin service "within a week to 10 days."
