Tonybet's World Cup Card Collection campaign lands first €7k silver winner

14 July 2026
(PRESS RELEASE) -- Tonybet’s World Cup Card Collection is down to its final prize, with one lucky player in Kilcock, Ireland, taking home €7,000 for securing the campaign’s prized silver card.
There are 51 cards in total to collect during the tournament for Tonybet’s playerbase, including 48 digital cards – one for each participating World Cup nation – and three unique cards available in gold, silver and bronze.
The bronze card, on offer through the World Cup’s group stage, had previously been discovered by a Tonybet customer in Canada with the silver card coming into play during the knockout rounds up to the quarter-finals. The gold card is now up for grabs for the semi-finals, third-place play-off and final.
Each card collected possesses a coin value which can be used in exchange for a variety of bonus rewards to be used across the Tonybet platform.
Tonybet Head of Product Kiryl Liudvikevich said: “Our Tonybet World Cup Card Collection Bronze prize went during the group stage; now Silver has gone too!
“A massive congratulations to our lucky winner in Kilcock, County Kildare. Silver was always the knockout-round card, available once the World Cup reached the stage where a single result ends a team's tournament. It has found its winner just as the field thins to the last handful of nations.
“Now we’re down to the final four, that’s where the competition really hots up, leaving just the golden card still hidden somewhere for our lucky winner to find. Best of luck to all of our players as this amazing World Cup reaches its conclusion this week.”
Tonybet's World Cup Card Collection runs until 31 July. With bronze and silver gone, everything now points to a single card and a single prize and to whoever opens the pack that holds it before the final whistle.
