The World Trade Organization (WTO) this morning released the decision of its Dispute Settlement Body (DSB), which states unequivocally that the United States has failed to comply with the 2005 ruling handed down by the DSB regarding the country's dispute with Antigua and Barbuda over U.S. restrictions on I-gaming.
