Tropicana Entertainment L.L.C. has appointed Richard L. Baldwin as the company’s new vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, the company announced on Tuesday.
Mr. Baldwin, who served in a similar capacity for three years with Shuffle Master Inc. replaces Robert Kocienski, who resigned this week to pursue other interests, the company said.
Prior to joining Shuffle Master, Mr. Baldwin was director of corporate finance and investor relations at International Game Technologies and director of corporate finance at Anchor Gaming , a gaming technology and systems company that was acquired by International Game Technologies in 2001. Before joining Anchor, he was a senior auditor with Deloitte & Touche in Las Vegas.
