A United Kingdom Parliament committee is set to dig through evidence next year provided by sports teams and bookmakers specifically targeting suspicious betting patterns on sporting events, according to The Guardian.
The newspaper reports that John Whittingdale, chair of the Department of Culture, Media and Sport's select committee, said that it would review the Gambling Act 2005 in 2009.
