It was a big day in Washington for Internet gambling. The House of Representatives heard testimony on Rep. Bob Goodlatte's Internet gambling prohibition bill, a companion piece to Sen. Jon Kyl's act which has already passed in the Senate. In coming days, Interactive Gaming news will post written versions of the testimonies. The first two installments--Bartlett Cleland and Khaled Saffuri--are here and available for your reading pleasure.
Bartlett Cleland, Director of the Center for Technology Freedom
