Vega Promotional Systems, a London-based marketing and promotions firm, has entered into a purchase agreement with an undisclosed company for proprietary online gaming software that supports Massively Multiplayer Online Games, or MMOG.
Vega plans to license the software to online poker Web sites.
The terms of the agreement were not disclosed pending completion of the transaction.
