Victor Chandler, a sports betting and online gaming company, has added Ukash as an alternative payment method on its Web sites.
According to a statement released by Ukash, an online cash payment provider, the deal will allow Victor Chandler to tap into an 18 billion pound of market by allowing gamers in the United Kingdom to use cash, as opposed to bank accounts or credit cards, for sports betting and online gambling via Ukash’s electronic voucher system.
“I am delighted to be able to offer the Ukash payment solution on my Web sites,” said Victor Chandler, chairman, in a prepared statement. “The ability to accept what are ultimately cash transactions will not only be a huge benefit in the U.K., but also in new territories for the Victor Chandler business.”
