WagerLogic Ltd., a subsidiary of CryptoLogic Ltd., recently received three awards at ContactCenterWorld.com’s World Awards in Las Vegas.
The company’s customer service was awarded a gold medal in the category “Best Contact Center Under 50 Seats,” as well as a silver medal in “Best Customer Service Agent.” Additionally, WagerLogic earned a silver medal for the best recruitment campaign.
