Wednesday, Jan. 16 - Fluxx acquires a 59 percent stake in Sportwetten.de, while the European Commission says German I-gaming policy is not in line with community law.

Thursday, Jan. 17 - Probability shares jump nearly 10 percent on a strong third-quarter performance, while PartyPoker loses a couple of places in the PokerSiteScout.com rankings.
