What about Bob?

26 November 1999
For anyone following the Internet Gambling Prohibition Act, there are two versions of it floating through the U.S. lawmakers' hands. You might have heard that Senator Jon Kyl's version passed on a voice vote as the Senate was winding down to close November 19, 1999.

The House variation, H.R. 3125 (sponsored by Rep. Bob Goodlatte), is expected to be voted on sometime after the session starts in late January 2000. Should Goodlatte's bill be passed by the House, a committee will need to iron out differences between the House and Senate versions before it can be returned to both houses for a final vote.

For your reading pleasure, IGN has made a copy of the Goodlatte version available in PDF format.
