WinStreak Unveils New Website and Software Release

13 October 1998

Basseterre, St. Kitts - WinStreak Ltd. announced October 8 its Casinos of the World gaming website (http://www.casinosoftheworld.com) has completed a major structural redesign and has introduced upgraded software with new casino games and features.

WinStreak's Director of Web Development, Randy Krochak, considers the site overhaul a welcome change to the previous design.

"We were very happy with the original site until we came to realize that incremental changes were no longer sufficient," Krockak said. "It became necessary to introduce more and more information to service the growing demands of our clientele, so we created a completely new website from the ground up. The end result is a much greater degree of mobility coupled with an increase in user services."

The software version 2.3 includes real casino sounds, enhanced graphics and accelerated game speed. Progressive jackpots on slot, video poker and keno games continue to increase as game traffic builds, just as in land-based casinos. Casinos of the World has the largest progressive jackpots on the Internet since the company's inception.

The online casino is also debuting four new games, including two new Single Line Slot machines ("Hot Rocks", "Yellow Submarine"), an exciting Keno game ("Magic Match") and the much anticipated release of the company's new Roulette game. This brings the number of casino games to 11. Users can download the new software directly from the company's website or order a free CD-ROM by telephone online.

WinStreak is focusing its marketing efforts toward attracting gaming customers in European and Asian markets, due to legal uncertainties related to online gaming in the US. To that end, the company will continually add new software and web-site features designed to appeal to non-North American customers. These features will include foreign language voices and help screens, as well as complete translations of the web-site into various foreign languages.

Casinos of the World includes approximately 16,000 registered users located in 140 countries. The current membership includes celebrated winners like "Vpwhiz" from Long Beach, California, USA won $6000 August 12, 1998 and another $6500 playing video poker August 30. More winners are on display on the site's "Winners Circle" page.

WinStreak, located at http://www.winstreak.com, is the gaming division of IGN Internet Global Network.
