SANTA ANA, Calif. -- World Wide Web Casinos (WWWC), has elected to rescind a license Agreement with RangeStar Telecommunication Ltd. (Vancouver: RTL) signed April 2, 1998, and is terminating further negotiations. It is WWWC's position that rescission at this time is proper based upon a material failure of consideration as agreed upon by RangeStar.
