Gaming software developer WorldNet Casinos has inked the first deal for its "Casino Partners" program. The agreement calls for Simulator Systems, a publicly traded company, to operate "Casino Pirata," an online casino.
The site will go live in May and will offer traditional casino games as well as a sportsbook, which will be operated by WoldNet's strategic partner SBG Global.
The Casino Partners program was recently unveiled as the linchpin to WorldNet Casinos marketing strategy. For $150,000, partners receive a turn-key Casino license that includes a fully operating Internet casino as well WorldNet's CyberBookieTM Internet sportsbook.
All sportsbook transactions are handled by SBG Global, with Casino Partners taking 15 percent of the net win.
"Becoming a Casino Partner with WorldNet Casinos includes the benefits of joining a veteran team," WorldNet Casinos President Kelly Arruda said. "We started developing gaming software in 1996, and since that time we have never stopped. We are constantly developing and improving our games. However, we found out quickly that developing the actual games was only a small part of Internet gaming. … WorldNet Casinos provides its Casino Partners a complete turnkey program, that can be up and running in just a few days.
Arruda said the company plans to sell 12 new casinos this quarter and will open 250 sports sites to generate traffic to those sites. They're projecting a year-end number of approximately 36 casinos.
