A week after inking a software deal with Global Intertainment Corp., WorldNet Casinos has announced another signing. Ranes International Holdings Inc., currently under a definitive agreement to merge with WorldNet, has reported that WorldNet will be licensing its Internet gaming software to SBG Global.
"This agreement with industry leader SBG Global validates the quality and capability of our Internet gaming software," WorldNet President Kelly Arruda said. "Our $6 million investment in proprietary software and hardware infrastructure is paying off."
WorldNet Casinos is the developer of CyberBookieTM. The company will net 40% of the "net win" of all processed transactions.
