WPT Enterprises Inc. announced yesterday that Thomas Flahie joined the World Poker Tour creators as an interim chief financial officer.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Flahie spent the past 25 years working in finance and administration with both public and private companies including eLabor Inc. and Balance Bar Company.
Most recently he served as chief financial officer for Intermix Media Inc., a publicly traded company, where he was instrumental in refocusing the company on its core businesses, returning it to earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization profitability and building the infamous Web site MySpace.com.
