You Bet International, Inc. (OTC BB: UBET) and Tampa Bay Downs have reached a multi-year agreement to offer live racing and wagering on Tampa Bay Downs, which runs yearly from December through May.

Tampa Bay Downs is home of the $150,000 Tampa Bay Derby and the $100,000 Grade III Florida Oaks.
